1. General Sales Policy
To keep our operations lean and our products unique, all sales are final. Once an order is placed and processed, we generally cannot accept cancellations or changes.
2. Physical Products (Produced on Demand)
Most of our physical items are produced on demand. This means the product doesn’t exist until you order it! Because each item is custom-made for you:
- No Refunds or Returns: We cannot offer returns or exchanges for “change of mind” or incorrect size selection.
- Exceptions: We stand by our quality. We will offer a replacement or refund only in the following cases:
- Manufacturing Defects: The item arrived damaged or with a print error.
- Wrong Shipment: You received an item different from what you ordered.
- Reporting Issues: You must report any defects or shipping errors within [7/14] days of delivery. Please include photos of the issue to help us make it right.
3. Digital Products
Digital items (downloads, PDFs, templates, etc.) are delivered via instant download immediately after purchase.
- Because the product is delivered instantly and cannot be “returned,” all digital sales are strictly non-refundable.
- If you experience any technical issues with your download link, please contact support and we’ll get you sorted out.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Since our physical products are made-to-order, please allow for a production lead time (usually [X-X] business days) before your order ships. Shipping times are estimates and may vary based on your location.
